Hi!

I’m the lifestyle and wellness editor at The Guardian. Previously, I was deputy culture editor at BuzzFeed News, senior culture editor at Vogue.com, senior culture editor at ELLE.com, and a literary scout at KF Literary Scouting.

At BuzzFeed News, I edited features about erotic hypnosis, the origins of poppers, the vanilla girl aesthetic, the legacy of the Weather Underground’s Bernardine Dohrn, Tom Sandoval’s age, and why people hate Patrick Mahomes’ wife Brittany. I also wrote about Adam Levine’s (alleged) sexts and the horrors of Love Is Blind.

At Vogue.com, I edited features on grocery workers working through the COVID-19 crisis and the housing activism group Moms 4 Housing. I started wearing only sports bras, farewelled Bernie Sanders, found out how to get married on Zoom, interviewed Winona Ryder and Lana Condor, saluted Bong Joon Ho, couldn’t stop touching my face, highlighted efforts to feed elderly Chinatown residents, unearthed IRL meet-cutes, and adored Lana Del Rey.

At ELLE.com, I made bad decisions, interviewed Michelle Yeoh and Awkwafina and Natasha Lyonne and Natalie Portman and Rami Malek and Dolly Parton, dressed like Armie Hammer and Ariana Grande, thought a lot about Lady Gaga, made bizarre predictions, and was very lazy. I love candles and karaoke and leggings and seltzer, and I buy myself a birthday dress every year.
